BPSCP College, Koderma, Domchanch has been established and incorporated by the Jharkhand State Legislature through its official Gazette and recognized as per section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. The university still offers courses in different disciplines like Hospitality and Allied Health. rolled out in phases.

Founder's Message
Lt. Dr. S. Radha Krishnan, the second President of India, used to say that all the people may be educated if there were plenty of good teachers. The good teachers have to be made by training not by working.
The dream of Lt. Baijnath Prasad Snehi, the famous advocate as well as educationist of Hazaribagh District, was to provide quality education to economically weakened people of the society. And his dream has been completed by his grandson cum Secretary of Baijnath Prasad Prasad Snehi College of Pharmacy, Mr. Himanshu Kumar.
